Hello all Depoy's, Beverly in particular,

My family line is as follows: Gwenda Madolyn Depoy, Albert Nelson, Arden Ray, Joseph Albert, John Newton, John, Conrad, Isaac (Dupuy), and Conrad (Dupuy). One of the stories told by my great-grandfather was that there were three brothers that came over to the Americas and one was an explorer that went with the French down the Mississippi into what became the Louisana Purchase. In my research, I have not found any records to substantiate this claim. Has any one else heard this?

Beverly, you mentioned in your messages that you could send a booklet to those of us Depoy's who would like one.
I would truly appreciate getting a copy of this booklet. Please contact me at ruffcntry@cox.net and I'll give you my address.

My thanks, in advance, to any of you who could help me fill in my tree.

Many blessings,
Gwenda M. (Depoy) Ruff
