My name is David Denis. Pierre Derbigny is my 3g- grandfather.
I recently visited our cousin Michel d'Herbigny in France. (As you probably know, Pierre anglicised his name from d'Herbigny to Derbigny) In 1970 Michel wrote a book about the descendants of Pierre Derbigny in the USA. There were a lot of omissions in the book, and he wants to update it, and include the history of the d'Herbigny family which he says he has back to the tenth century. I told him I would try to get the descendants in the USA for him. So I don't gat a lot of duplication, could you let me know what information you have before you send it.
