I agree with you on the importance of this reference as I used it while persuing my PhD. The documentation citations are exact and wonderful! While in Salt Lake, I was able to copy the 81/2 x 11 notebook, written in 1967, with no author listed. The church microfilmed it 1-10-77. The FHL shelf number is 929.273 D114a. On my next trip to SL, I can inquire at the desk as I am a missionary for the Family History Dept. and we can probably find the copyright release. Would this help? My family is listed from the 1600s to my grandfather.
