So far I can only go back to the brothers who settled in Texel in the Netherlands...for absolute family connections. I was given information by someone else regarding the deRidder who fled from France and settled in the Netherlands in the 1600s. The deRidder that fled was in a book regarding the Hug. I know that he died a year later from his wounds and that he was married. No other info was available at the time so I am working backwards. My e-mail address may have changed since you first tried to contact me...carrier problems..BellAtlantic killed all e-mail and reception of same. What a mess!!
