Derosier of N.Y. and Canada

I have hit the proverbial stonewall at the Canadian border. My gr-grandfather was Louis Derosier married to Elizabeth Nadeau. Children were: Amedee(Medda), my gr-father,born 1888 in Canada. The rest of the children were born in the Ticonderoga, N.Y. area all in the 1800's. Silas-1889, Louisa-1891,Harry & Norman 1892(they are listed as Gordon & Morton in the Ticon. town records),Adolphus-1894, and Raymond-1895. There were at least 2 children by a previous marriage, Sherry(birthdate unk) and Peter 1878. Peter was born in Hookset, N.H. and died in Berlin, N.H. Jan. 1956.
Amedee migrated to Ticon. in 1894 and was naturalized 1897. I am looking for the place in Canada where he was born and also the maiden name of Peter's mom. It may have been Emelie Proulx???. Peter was married to an Elizabeth Nadeau, as was his father's 2nd marriage, and this adds to the confusion. Any info would be appreciated. E-mail me at lowerdam@megalink.net Thanks
