I am sorry it took me a while to get a reply back to you. I wanted to wait and see what I could find when I had a chance to get to the Library in Salt Lake. I went today did not get much on Daniel and Nancy but did come up with the following information you might find of interest.
In her book _Pritchett's from VA and Roane Co, TN/MO_ Doris Melissa Pritchett Horlacher says we are decended from Phillip Prithett; entered country as a prisoner 1696 at about 16 years of age along with his brother Jonas both of Worth England. He establishes himself in Overwarton Parish,Stafford now Farfax Co. VA. Son Phillip Jr. born abt 1719; Married Elizabeth possibily Cole and lived in Fredrick Co. VA. Then Phillip III resides Johnson now Wake Co., NC Married Margaret James Hankin had son Lewis born abt 1755 in Johnson Co. Served in Rev. War captured at Battle of Gilford Courthouse and paroled married Elizabeth last name unknown They had 8 children Phillip, "Peggy" Rebecca; Md.Scroggins (your Line), "Patsy" Martha; Md. Derossett, Edward; Md Scroggins, William, "Betsey" Elizabeth, John, "Polly" Mary, and Lewis Jr.(I have some question on this one) She has a chapter on each childs family and if you can obtain a copy you might find it of interest, Though I find she is sometimes a little quick in jumping to conclusions. I have not corresponded with her for some years but will see if I can locate her and see if books are still available.
