His mother was Sallie Mae Rice, b 1898 in Tazwell Co, VA, d Feb 1972 in Ellicott City, Howard Co, MD.
During the early 1940s, your grandfather married Ella M. Christian, b 16 Jun 1923 in Iaeger, McDowell Co, WV, d 16 Jul 1992 in Baltimore, MD.
