James Sprunt wrote a paper about his side of the DeRossett family. Lewis Henry 1724-1786 married Margaret Walker. Lewis was really quite remarkable considering his times. His sister, Gabrielle de Gondin 1722-1755 married John duBois. Their daughter Magdaline duBois married James Walker who was Margaret Walker's brother. They had James W., Julius, Harriet and Louisa.
