Marie Rosalie ReRouen, born September 25, 1786, married Miquel Hege (Michael Hayes), Ocober 1, 1804. She was the daughter of Joseph DeRouen (Joseph Drouin), and Genevieve Hebert, November 29, 1775, Donaldsonville, Lousiana. Genevieve was the daughter of Amand Hebert and Genevieve Babin, born January 20, 1747, in Acadia, Nova Scotia. I have info on the Drouins to Robert Drouin of Tuileries, France, married to Marie Dubois. His son, Robert, Jr., born in 1607, was married in 1637 to a 10 year old in Notre Dame de Quebec. Theirs is the oldest original marriage contract preserved in Canada. Robert, Jr., arrived in Canada in 1634 from Orne, France, where his stone house is supposedly still standing. He was a brickmaker.
