Thanks for your reply. Do you have a marriage date for Joseph Derouin and Josephe Lavallier? Who is this Joseph's father? Was this there only marriage or are there chilren with another spouse. I have the Tanguay records back to Robert, but am still confused about the late 1700s link (since the children of the marriages are not included there). Does this line lead through Etienne to Robert? Thanks, Alice
P.S. Is there a 'dit' for Lavallier?
