I have these names in my family tree and am trying to find out more.1.
Deschenes, Augustin Miville 1767 - 1847
2. Deschenes, F.
3. Deschenes, Firmin
4. Deschenes, Nathalie b.1820
5. Deschenes, Nathalie, b.1820 b.1820
I believe Firmin was my GG grandfather The name got mis or respelled but I think he was my grandmother Lottie Dechaines grandfather. She married my grandfather Clarence Collin. I know somewhere in the line of Deschenes there was Mi'kmaq blood and possibly other Aboriginal tribes but I am having a hard time figuring it all out. Any help is greatly appreciated. Scott C
