Merci, my husband's grandmother told me in the early 80s that the family name originally was Morceau but I could never connect those dots. Now I see that it was Mousseau, she also told me that the family came up from Quebec because of a huge flood that destroyed their home, plausable. I was surprised to see that they came from the Joliette area I had assumed that they came from Sorel where most of french families in the Tweed area came from. Regards, Karen
