Hello Judith.I have Alphonse Deslauriers, son of Norbert & Catherine Privé, married to Mélina Poirier 1878 10 14 in Ange-Gardien co. Rouville. That should make him at least 23 years old in 1883. Could Ephraim (Alphone) be his son and Norbert's grandson? Is Ephraim a widower when he marries Josephine Levesque?
Did Alphonse have a brother named Ephraim?
Alphonse & Mélina Poirier had a daughter Élodia or Élodine married in magog 1902 05 06 to Napoléon Tétreault dit Ducharme.
