I have info. from another website that FLORA JANE DESPER was born in TENNESSEE in April, 1841. It lists her parents as WILLIAM P. DESPER and MARY ROLLMAN. Also states that in 1880 GALLATIN COUNTY, IL census, FLORA (married to Jesse B. COX) is over 40 and has brother HENRY DESPER living with her, age 25, farmer's helper. Does anyone know anything about William P. Desper?
