What Switzerland Detwilers am I looking for?

My ggg-grandpa is Jacob Detwiler married to Emily Cook (Possibly Nancy Emiline Cook)Emily was a full blooded Choctaw Indian raised by the Cooks. Grandpa said our Detwilers were orginally from Austria then chased out. They settled in Switzerland and then some (2?) came to the united states. One side was farmers and one side industrialists. Here is the problem I have found info on my family but some conflicts what I have been told so I am not so quick to write it in. Jacob and Emily's son was Louis A. Detwiler B;July 15, 1867 who died in Klamath County, Oregon according to g-grandma.The only one I can find is Lewis A. so maybe. Well he married Sarah Tilitha Pointer b; December 20, 1870 who died in Marysville on July 20, 1951 and remains were shipped to Klamath Falls Oregon (I have her D.C.) her parents were Linda Rook and Unknown Pointer. Their children were Delia, Florence, Lomar and Homer. Homer's son Homer died during the war in a plane crash which I have verified is true. But where do I belong? I really would like some one with the same family to work with.
Grandpa said there used to be a man named Heinecke (Spelling?) in Olivehurst, CA who had our branch back to 1300's but I have found no trace of such a man.
