Deutsch from Griswold to NJ to Denver
"My" Deutschs' came from Griswold, Germany before 1883.Two brothers named William and Robert ended up in Denver, Co.They then brought their niece Martha to America. Their brother stayed in Germany. His name was Zell, wife Mary.Sometime in there Martha married Robert Carl Gustave Andersson (born in Griswold also), married July 1881, (but I don't know whether it was in NJ or in Germany). They had 7 children: Elsa Henrietta, Olga, Robert, Frances, Mary, Stella and Martha, all born in Newark, Essex CØ., NJ.Then Robert and Martha, and daughters Elsa and Olga, and son Robert moved to Denver to be with the uncles who apparently never married. I think Elsa, Olga and Robert were all married when they moved to Denver along with the parents, Robert and Martha.
Does this ring a bell with anyone?I need to look for marriage licenses, and Birth Cerrtificates and immigration stuff, right?Where O where should I start???
