Hello Wendy I have looked in my files and can fined a Tarlton but he was born in Canada . The name Tarlton was the last name of Elizabeth that married Anthony Deverell back in the 1700 hundreds . She named one of her sons Tarlton in the 17 hundreds . There must be a connection somewhere to one of the Deverell family because the Deverell family came from England to Ireland . The Tarlton name come from England as far as I know , it would be great to get it figured out, I would like to know myself Keep in Touch Ruth
