I have a similar Devers issue for PA during that period. Katherine Devers, who was married to a William Winters and had at least child, John Devers Winters, born in 1794, somewhere in PA, but we are not sure where. Katherine and William are my fourth generation grandparents. Katherine was most likely born from 1755 to 1775. Does a Katherine show up as a relative of Margaret Devers? I would be interested in any information on the Lancaster, PA Devers line in the late 1700's?
