I'm trying to dig into my families history, but I'm off to a rocky start as hardly any of my family knows who is who.

If anyone could tell me anything about whos name to start with it would be great. My grandfather was a "black sheep", or so I think.

My father is Roland Deville, his father (my grandfather) is Afe Deville(d 1972). After that the lines get sketchy and no one knows who is who.
