Debanke / Bown of Matlock, Derby to Topsham

Has anyone information about John Debanke who married Sarah
Bown at Matlock on 23rd August 1812 ?

John's father, Anthony, was a paper manufacturer at Matlock.
Sometime after Anthony died in 1815, John, Sarah and their
family moved to Topsham in Devonshire. John may have had a
paper business there or in Exeter.

Several of their children were christened at Topsham on
14th December, 1828.

Ann Debanke married Thomas Green Phillips in Belfast in 1847
and Catherine Debanke married George Kennedy in Belfast in

John and Sarah had daughters called Ann and Sarah but I do
not know if the Ann and Sarah in Belfast were their daughters.
