Dewar b Oct 1861 at Brudnell Mills, PEI. Left for America and married Albert E Andrews. My Mother-in-law, Barabara Robinson , remembers going to PEI as a girl to see her Grandmother. I went myself in the late 1980's and met a man at a cemetery who showed me a statue with an Oak tree that was spilt during a duel between two Dewar brothers. Does this sound familar to any PEI Dewars out there? Thanks for any help, working on a family tree for my Grandaughter Una.
