Mrs. LaMunyon of PA spent many years researching the old Dewees, DeWees, Dewease, Deweese family of PA. She died before her book was finished and her husband compiled the book from her records. There are some errors in some of the lineage but you can do a search engine and find that book on line now. I know that William Martin has it on his web page for Deweese Family. I know of no likenesses of the first three generations from Gerret Hendricks Dewees though. I understand from current researchers that the William Dewees line is valid.
