JOSEPH W. DEWEES - Served as OFFICER in 522/442nd RCT During WWII

I along with others am compiling a roster of all the men that served with the 522/442nd RCT during WWII, that is the mostly Japanes-American unit that distinguished itself so very highly. The man I am looking for, (named above) was an Officer, a 1st Lt. in fact and I would like to send him or his family a form letter and verify his ASN and hometown. Unfortunately I have no idea what part of the country he was from. He would be between 79 and his early 90's by now, and if anyone can help me locate him I would appreciate it very much. You can see my email addy here and my phone no. is 714-995-0583.
Thank you very much for your interest.
There is a web site you can go to and see the progress of this work < www.ajawarvets.org >
