Looking for information on my great grandfather Chauncey L. Dewees. He was born in Marietta, Ohio on Apr 11 1890 to William Dewees and Emma Geddes Dewees. He possibly had some relation to Mildred Dewees (they are both buried at Woodlawn Cemetery in Zanesville, Ohio). He died on Nov 7 1954 in Columbus, Ohio and had two marriages. The first was to my great grandma Mary Frances Hainline, and the second was to Ida Mae unknown. There was issue in the first marriage and possibly the second.
Chauncey and Frances Dewees had 3 children-
Richard Dewees
Harold Lee Dewees b. Aug 13 1912 d. Dec 6 1980
Helen Irene Dewees b. Jul 31 1916, still living
