Chester Dewey/Phebe Wetmore - looking for Wetmore info

I descend from Chester Dewey (b 1818) and Phebe Wetmore from Turin, NY. I am having a difficult time tracing her family. I believe she may be the daughter of Ethe Wetmore and Lucy Talcott since they were neighbors of Chester and his father John Dewey (according to the 1810 census) and they named a son Ethe. I have no proof of who she actually is though. Does anyone know? Or does anyone know if 1810 records of marriage exist for Turin? Thanks.
