Hi! Bernard. I'm not sure if I
can be of much help but my paternal
grandmother was, I believe, a
Phoebe (Dewhurst) Leaver and lived
at 17 Haydock Street, Blackburn, Lancashire,
England. I've heard that soon they will
have more information availabe via the
computer. Census information.
My grandmother is buried in the Blackburn Cemetery.
