Do you have any further info on the Mary Dewhurst mentioned in your posting?
I have g-g-grandfather Richard Kilburn b.1831, Ireland m. Mary Dewhurst b.1830, Liverpool. I haven't traced the marriage record and there appears to be no reference to it on the records for England&Wales. Richard Kilburn was Roman Catholic and there are many reasons why the marriage may not have been recorded. Richard and Mary can be found on the 1881 British Census in Liverpool. I've checked the 1851 Census and discounted all except the family you list in your posting. Any help would be appreciated.
