I know that Marion Dewhurst had two sisters...
One was named Kitty (Catherine) b: 1894? she married someone by the last name of Eccles and immigrated to Ontario Canada.
The other was named Edith b: not known -who she married is unknown but she did remain in England and had a horse farm of sorts.
Marion was born in 1897 and died in Ontario Canada in 1935
Her husband Francis Kelly was born in 1895 and died in Ontario Canada in 1963. birth records indicate Clitheroe England for place of marriage.
Marion and Francis had children as follows
Mary kelly b: 1922? d:1928
Joan Marion Kelly b:1921
CAtherine Kelly b:1923
Terence Edward Kelly b:1920 d:1997
Marion Francis and Children immigrated to Ontario Canada in August of 1926 on the Metagama.
Marions father was Archibald Dewhurst and her mother was Elizabeth ? I looked on the 1901 census and found an Archibald and Elizabeth Dewhurst livings at 18 New mill street, in the Blackburn civil parish area. It showed that Archibald was born in Lancs Whalley and that Elizabeth was born in Lancs Wigan areas. It only listed Catherine age 7 born in Lancs Whalley area and Marion age 3 born in the Lancs Blackburn area...it does not list Edith.
This whole family tree search is exhausting!!!
I hope this might be familiar to someone and any help would be appreciated.
