Hello Peter, My name is Dulcie, middle name Deyell. this name has been carried through each generation of females as the middle name for the last five generations. My mother has told me it was my great,great-granmothers surname and I have been following this up and found that it seems to have originated from William Deyell of Ireland or possibly a son. The daughter being a Miss Deyell not sure of her christian name, who then married and had a daughter - Margaret Byers, daughter - Elizabeth Neumann - Daughter - Inez Daniels - daughter - Dulcie. now residing on the Gold Coast
