while i was tracing my family tree i decided to check the dial family forum to pick up information on my gggrandmother dicey dial thomason. i was very surprised to find that no one knew of her. dicey dial was born to isaac and gibson dial in 1809 in lauren dist. s.c. dicey married martin thomason dec.9,1824. they had seven children 4 boys and 3 girls. their oldest son ,(he had an older sister katherine) was my ggrandfather isaac sanford thomason born about 1828 in walton co. georgia. dicey was also married to william jones at some time. she died in walton co. georgia about 1850. maybe this will answer a few questions. jimmy thomason oneonta,alabama e-mail jrthomason@otelco.net
