Sorry, don't know of any South American connection in my branch of the Dickason/Dickerson family, but they are obviously a far flung family!! I am presently trying to verify whether one of "my" Dickasons was part of Captain Scott's expedition to the Antarctic! If I hear of anyone who shares your interests I will point them in your direction.
