Thanks for the help, I have some family history which has given me this info. If you can expand on anything that would be great!
Sorry for so late a reply however i have not had anytime to do any family research for a while. As for Stephen Dicker's death i have him being buried in 1849.

You might be able to help me in another area. There were once full size oil portraits of two gentlemen in peerage regalia. They were claimed to be Stephen Dicker and his father John. Do you have any idea where these could have come from?

any Info you have on John\s father would be helpful also
