Hi Martin - Thanks for replying so quickly. You have got your homework right. I was a Nicholls before I married and my mothers maternal side were Benjamin and came from Leicestershire. Can't tell you much more than that at the present because don't know anything about that side past her mother (my grandmother) because she died when my mum was only a child and haven't really started on that side. Any info you have would be welcome. If you want to know more let me know and I will see what I can do, but as I said not much other than my mum's childhood recollections. Thanks for your help.
