Re: John Dicker of South Australia

I Realise this is probably a shot in the dark but I'd be interested to know what connections "John Dicker" of Forreston (Near Gumeracha) in South Australia had with any of the English side of the family.
I am one of his grandsons, their being 10 children in his family.
I do know that he married a Mary Watts I've yet to visit the gravesite and take down the details. My father served in WW2 along with his brothers. Unfortunately for me a lot of the Dicker history of that branch of the family was collated by my cousin, a Max Hobby who now resides in Britain and I don't Know his whereabouts so I'll have to start from scratch tracing things back from myself etc.
regards Bob.
