My husbands brothers name was Gerald Lee Dickman. Born in Enid Oklahoma. They later moved to Minnesota and was raised by their grandparents for a while and then parents returned and lived in Thief River Falls. Gerald served in the Air force and after leaving the service married Nellie in Wisconsin. Later he Lived in S. Dakota and has 2 children by a women name Ruth. He then disappeared and his son by that marriage found out that he had Died in Tuscon AZ of lung cancer at the VA hospital. He death certificate states his residence as Yuma, AZ at the time of death. We have not been able to find any other information about his life in the the spanning years. Don has been trying to find him for all those years, but he just disappeared. His parent are Edward and Josephine Dickman who moved to Las Vegas in the early 1980's and passed away in 1991 and 1993 respectively. They were both 93 at the time of their death. There were 9 children in the family. 2 children died very young, I believe in Oklahoma. An older brother died in Texas in the early 1970's. Gerald passed away in 1993. He has 4 living sisters and 1 brother left. A sister lives in Denver, CO. 2 live in Minnesota and one lives in Nevada. Don lives in Idaho. Maybe we can give you more about his family. But his life was very vague.
