Brenda,
Sorry for the delay. Lost my father on 4-2-01.
Good news is I met for the first time in years cousins in Michigan at my dads funeral I saw and handled the contract for August PEQUIGNOT and Lousie DIDIER written in french. Do you have a copy? Visited Pinetree cemetery in Corunna Michigan and took a photo to their gravestone. Will copy and send out to you. Spent the day with Janet Perry Katt and have dates on the PEQUIGNOT's and PERRY's. The LINGO's are buried at another cemtery which I did not have time to visit but is in the area. Visited the old homestead and you would not recognise the house. Kerby Corners is located on Kerby Road and I 71. The old school house where Nina taught is still standing. Do you have any information on the NEWBY's who moved to Chicago,Illinois at turn of the last century. I have their son George NEWBY from an obit. I have lots more of little tibits of information. One is that one of Eugene's grandsons has a book on the PEQUIGNOT's ?
Chat with you later,
Cousin Julann
