CHRISTIAN DIEHL/DALE, b.c1733, likely Germany, d. JULY 1805, Harris Twp, Centre Co., PA , m. at New Hanover Lutheran 12 MCH 1754 REGINA (AKA RACHEL) KREBS, b. circa 1734, d. DEC 1808, dof. HENRICH & BARBARA KREBS of Falkner Swamp. REGINA was known as RACHEL by descendents but church records and other documents clearly show the name to be REGINA.

I don't know who Christian Diehl/Dale's parents were. Supposedly he came over as a boy in 1749, but we don't know which Diehl immigrant he came over from Germany with. He certainly could have come over with his parents, but we have no idea who they were.
