Mr. Ruddell, the information you provided in
response to the Re: Johannes Adam Diehm in
the Diehm Family Genealogy Form, I believe
is my family heritage. I reference a posting
by Robert Simon Vail III dated January 16, 1999. I need to find confirmation about my
great,great grandfather whose initials on his
gravemarker is J.D. Deemes, who was said to
have left his home in Va. at about 12 or 14
years old. Reference a posting by Robert
Simon Vail III dated January 16, 1999; could
J.D. Deemes be the same person he listed as
Jacob Deem or his son Jacob who is listed
as being born Aug. 10, 1790? Please respond
to this inquiry. From other sources I
believe that I am getting very close to
finding out my direct ancestory.
