Hi! I can't help you with any info on John Diehm, but I am excited to see someone from the same line! I am descended from George Deihm (notice the spelling), who appears to be the brother of your John. I have George's father as Wilhelm Deihm, born 1 April 1760. However, I didn't have a birthplace for him. George and his wife Mary are buried in the Morgantown Methodist Cemetery, in Morgantown, PA. There are also 7 other siblings of George and JOhn. Could we exchange information?
