I have a Maria Barbara DIEHM who was born in Abt 1835 in the Hohefeld/Wertheim, Mosbach, Baden area. A bit late to be yours.
HOWEVER, following her ancestry back does take me back to Kembach, Baden. Her great-grandmother, Anna Maria DIEHM (yes, a DIEHM married a DIEHM -- and not the first time either) was Christened 4 Sept 1751 in Kembach, to Veit DIEHm and Anna Maria KNEUCKER. Veit was born and died in Kembach (1714-1785), while Anna Maria KNEUCKER was born in Wertheim in abt 1720 and died in Kembach in 1793.
I have many full dates for this area of time and can try to answer further questions.
