Good morning,

My wife was a DIEHM (until she married me) and we have traced her DIEHMs back to Germany back to 1655. Her DIEHM ancestry began in Australia when Andreas DIEHM arrived in 1864, then started a fmaily in Queensland. Other DIEHMs (his uncle, Georg, for example) arrived before and after and remained in NSW before branching out.

Depending on whether you are from the Qld lot or the NSW lot, I have varying amounts of information of any value.

P.S. - I don;t seem to have Reg DIEHM (but you haven't given dates -- which may be too recent for me to keep due to my preference to maintain privacy).
