Does anyone have information on Emil A. Dieter?

He was a Captain in the U.S. Army during the Second World War and was stationed for a time at an Italian POW Camp in Monticello Arkansas.

I am attempting to reasearch a collection of photographss that were donated to the local museum in Monticello and Capt. Dieter is the subject of one of those. He was also the commanding officer of the photographer.

The notation on the back of the photo reads:

Captain Emil A. Dieter
My Commanding Officer
with him from 23 June 42 to 16 Nov 44

Any help in contacting contacting the Capt or surviving family would be greatly appreciated. Presently, the goal is simply to complete as many bios of the subjects in these photos as possible as well as catalouge the story of the prisoner of war camp.
