Chris - I appreciate the data on the Markham family. For your records, Rueben Dieter died 28 July 1887 when hit be a railroad car (not an automobile) while trying to get a cow across the tracks. I cannot find a Consuela/Consie daughter of Rueben. He did have a Catehrine, a Caroline, and a Fanny Isabell per the Bible and book noted below. His Bible has been lost with the death of on an aunt who had it. My records are mostly based on "John Dieter of Northampton County Pa and his Descendants 1735-1972" by Esther E. (Dieter) Gundry and reprinted by Higginson Book Co, Salem, MA.
