Has anyone sought help from the Lancaster (PA) Historical Society? (http://www.lancasterhistory.org/)
I'm hoping to get up there at some point and visit that area, but it will be a while. Supposedly you can call in and ask to get some information or pay a fee and have someone there do research for you.
I've not been able to get through on my work breaks yet, but it might be worth a shot!
