Who was onboard the William & Sarah?

Studying the many Diffenderfer genealogies, I find John Michael and John Alexander each had a wife, and JM had 3 children at the time of sailing. Johannes "Hans", their father, also came over from Germany. Yet the William & Sarah's passenger list appears to indicate 4 males in the Dieffenderfer party. Barbara, JM's wife, was pregnant in 1727. Did she and JA's wife come on a later ship that year? A more detailed analysis by email on request.
