Norman Albertus Diffenderfer Jr. son of Norman A and Hilda C. (Thomspon) Diffenderfer, b 18 Feb., 1918; Waynesboro, PA. d. 28 March, 1945 near Speyer, Germany. Norman A Jr., buried in Green Hill Cem. Waynesboro, Franklin Co., PA.
m. Elizabeth Jane Thompson, 18 Jan. 1941.Norman Jr had the following brothers: Stewart W . Diffenderfer, b. 26 Sept., 1916; Joseph F. b 05 Sept., 1921 d.01 Feb, 1945 in Belgium; m. Elizabeth Harbaugh. Joseph is also buried in Green Hill Cem., Waynesboro, PA. At this time, I don't have a record of any children. I believe one of them had a daughter, Norma Jane Diffenderfer, but I haven't proof.
