Richard,
I descend from the Alexander Diefenderfer/Diffenderfer that arrived on the William and Sarah in 1727. I am interested in your comment that John Michael and Alexander's father Johannes "Hans" came over from Germany. I have no record that he came too. Can you tell me about the information you have regarding this? I have received information that Johannes wife, Anna Maria Kopp married 2nd and is the Anna Maria Will listed directly below Johann Alexander Diebendoerfer. She is said to have died aboard the ship which did not allow passengers to disembark becuase of much illness aboard.
I am intersted in your further analysis on this.
