Hi Maria,

My grandfather was Michael J. DiGiacomo. His parents were John and Elizabeth (DiRenzo?) DiGiacomo. They emigrated from Lama Dei Peligni in the late 1880s or early 1890s and settled in Wilmington, Delaware.

My great grandfather John had a brother named Achille (b. 1870) who also settled in Wilmington, Del.

I do not know anything of John and Achille's parents. But I have good evidence of their town of origin being Lama Dei Peligni.
