Hi Dale and Good Sunday Morning,

My Dillmores were not active church-goers, that I remember, but they were staunch Christians. My gf was a mounted policeman in the Fairmount Park Police and then a plain-clothes detective.
He was renowned for his conservative, law-abiding nature. They were tight-lipped,
non-demonstrative Republicans, fiercely loyal to God and Country. Every one of my uncles served in WWII. He had 4 sons, 3 son-in-laws, and 1 gr. son of age and every one of them was overseas EXCEPT my father. Dad had 3 dependents, but he wsn't well received while the war was on!
