HI Sally, Maria Margarita "Margaret" Dilts was the sister of my 4x great-grandfather William VanArsdol(our family spelling).Their parents were Cornelius and Jannetje Van Arsdalen, and they had a brother John, and everal half-siblings whose mother was Lammentje Van Nuys. The will of Jannetje Van was probated in Montgomery County,Ohio in 1805, and mentions her daughter Margaret Dilts.William,John and Margaret migrated to Ohio from York(now Adams) County,Pa.,where they were part of the Conewago Dutch Colony.
